The room was a decent size, but the state of the hotel left much to be desired. it appeared neglected with dirty hallways and broken doors. The hot tub was out of order, and the lobby atmosphere felt dull. On the plus side, the shuttle service was timely and without charge, and gluten-free food options were available at breakfast, which was a nice touch.

Quality Inn, what a joke! The shower head was so low, I felt like I was stuck in a dollhouse, and the carpet? Sticky stains galore! I was hoping for a complimentary upgrade after this mess, but alas, no. Almost thought about giving a good review, but just couldn't with those conditions, let alone the out-of-order hot tub. Ridiculous!

The hotel needs serious improvement!!! No elevator for second floor access, sticky and stained carpets, and a depressingly unkempt lobby. Fix the hot tub and clean those hallways!!!

Good price! Didn't see any bedbugs in room 117, and the guy at the front desk was real friendly. The shower in our room? Yeah it needed some serious help, like a lot of maintenance issues.

I stayed here for one night while visiting the National Interagency Fire Center. The breakfast area was generous and offered a variety of tasty options, which was a highlight of my stay. However, the cleanliness left a bit to be desired, as the former guest's garbage was still in the bathroom and the microwave was dirty. I'm looking forward to seeing improvements in the facilities, especially with new carpets.

This place was a commendable fit for strolling around in Boise with outstanding value. The hot tub was comfortable, even if the water wasn't perfectly clear. Check the fitness center first. some equipment needs fixing.

great access to parks and local attractions for weekend getaways

I loved that I was less than a 5-minute walk to the National Interagency Fire Center and Wildland Firefighters Monument, and just a short stroll away from River City Coffee and Cafe, which is perfect for fueling up before exploring the city on foot. it made my stay truly enjoyable as I could easily discover nearby parks and landmarks throughout Boise.

Wi-Fi worked great, and the free airport shuttle was timely. Room's air conditioning was loud.

This place suits me perfectly with great amenities like free wi-fi, parking, and a 24-hour reception. The staff even helped me with my suitcases during my first stay. I highly recommend it for a romantic escape.
